STICC will have our 2nd annual "HalloScreen" events on Monday,October 24th, 2011 through Monday, October 31st, 2011. This event will bring together many STD prevention organizations in the metropolitan area to address the consistently high rates of HIV and STD's by offering free STD and HIV testing, distributing condoms and providing education for the public. There will be mobile units throughout the metropolitan area for street testing.
